Dubai-based
Emaar Hospitality is
all set for an Indian foray. However, the company is not planning to buy
properties in
India
but will enter into management contracts with owners of existing hospitality
businesses.
“We share very good relationship with business travelers
and bollywood actors who come and stay in our properties. So we are extremely
confident that we will do well in India,” said COO, Philippe Zuber.
